Automated Orthopaedic
Recon Plate Bending

Building an end-to-end pipeline that transforms CT-derived anatomical geometry into patient-specific plate bending parameters and machine-executable manufacturing instructions.

Work includes bone geometry extraction, surface-contour analysis, curvature and angle estimation, and conversion of patient-specific bending parameters into OPB commands and G-code for CNC-based multi-axis bending and twisting.

Medical Image Analysis
for Surgical Navigation

Developed a CT-based spine navigation pipeline for spinal canal centerline reconstruction, lumbar localization and pelvic landmark detection to support surgical planning and alignment.

Also worked on post-operative DES point re-localization, mapping intraoperative stimulation sites back onto pre-operative MRI. The work combined anatomical coordinate systems with clinically relevant image analysis.
